“I appreciate everything about St. Helen, the foundation in education, religion and friendships.”

1. What years did you attend St. Helen School? What year did you graduate?

  • I went to St. Helen School for grades 1st thru 8th. I graduated in 1990.

2. What do you appreciate most about the education you received at St. Helen?

  • I appreciate everything about St. Helen, the foundation in education, religion, and friendships.

3. What is your fondest memory from the time you spent as a student at St. Helen?

  • There are so many memories. There is something from every grade. Each teacher left a lasting memory for me in a positive way.

4. Tell us a little about your current position, family life, personal or professional achievements?

  • I am an educator now. The beginning of my professional career was dedicated to the Catholic schools to give back what I took away. I value that a great deal and loved every bit of it. I moved away from teaching in Catholic school when enrollment went down and continued to work in education as now I work with teachers in schools. I am still able to give back to the schools in a different role as coach while my children attend St. Helen School. I also work for myself selling Younique makeup which is a company that uses its proceeds to stand up for abused women and children. I am married to Philip and we have two wonderful girls. Julia is starting her adventure at St. Helen and Autumn will be joining her eventually.
